Responsibilities
Learn and apply critical sales techniques through virtual sales coaching from certified trainers and successful Loan Consultants
Learn how to build a referral business along with managing and closing leads.
Learn and operate our loan origination platform and marketing CRM
Provide fantastic customer service to clients and referral sources
Consistently exceed customer expectations and realtor or referral source expectations. Always giving 'Wow' service
Complete TFSB's Loan Consultant training program

Required
Currently a Military Spouse
3 or more Permanent Change of Stations (PCS)
Friendly, outgoing personality accompanied by a naturally high sales acumen
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be dependable, self-motivated
Self-Motivated with a natural capacity for leadership roles.
Goal oriented with a great student mentality
Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and demanding environment
Critical thinker and problem solver
Preferred
4 year college degree preferred, or 2 years of sales or military experience
1 + years of experience in sales or retail, hospitality, and food & beverage industries a plus
