Required

Back-End Development and ML/AI Development skills
Experience with Databases, LLMs, Rags, and AI Agent applications
Knowledge of Front-End Development
Thrives in a Remote Team Environment
Good knowledge of JavaScript and Node, Python, React, (APIs), and architectures
Strong Problem-Solving and Communication Skills
Self-Motivated and Eager to Learn, attention to details
Proficient in FastAPI/Django/Flask, Celery/RabbitMQ and Supabase/Postgres
Proficiency in Langchain, RAG, embeddings, multi-step AI agents, AI agent evals & finetune

Preferred

Experience with Version Control Systems (e.g., Git) is a Plus
Interest in Climate or Energy-Related Technologies is a Plus
Experience in search engine development, familiarity with re-ranking algorithms, embedding algorithms, fuzzy search, word2vec
