Responsibilities

Set up and manage tracking and attribution tools to ensure accurate performance measurement.

Set and manage budgets and media buying, ensuring spend aligns with growth goals while maintaining efficiency.

At scale, you may opt to have a dedicated creative strategist/copywriter to generate new ad ideas and scripts.

Set up, launch, and optimize campaigns on LinkedIn to engage small business owners and other relevant audiences.

Partner with the in-house SEO team to integrate keyword strategies into high-performing paid search campaigns.

Recommend which campaign analytics tool (eg Triplewhale, Cometly) you’d like to leverage for daily optimization and reporting.

Monitor key performance KPIs and report findings and recommendations to exec team, while actioning them yourself with minimal oversight.
