Responsibilities
Design, analyze, and inspect large-scale structural engineering projects, ensuring they are safe, stable, and compliant with regulations and standards
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing clear and concise information about project specifications, potential risks, and proposed solutions
Collaborate with architects, construction teams, and other engineering specialists, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations, continually striving for excellence and innovation in all areas of structural engineering
Provide mentoring and guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and development within the team
Lead and manage project resources, schedules, and budgets, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
PE or SE license
5+ years of experience in structural engineering, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects from conception to completion
Expert knowledge of industry-standard design and analysis software (Revit BIM)
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a knack for finding innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines without compromising on quality
Strong commitment to health and safety, with a deep understanding of the relevant laws, regulations, and standards
Preferred
Master’s degree in Engineering
Experience working on entertainment venues - temporary structures (concert stages, festival equipment, etc)
