Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to expand revenue within existing client accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive lead generation, support the sales pipeline, and close new business opportunities.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and private equity partners to drive retention, account expansion, and new business opportunities.
Draft statements of work and negotiate contracts for services with clients.
Monitor sales performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and improve results.
Build and manage account strategies tailored to client tiers that ensure long-term partnerships and align with client revenue goals.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in revenue operations and sales strategy, providing strategic leadership to clients and internal teams.
Partner directly with C-level executives, guiding them in crafting and executing strategies that drive sustainable growth and operational efficiency.
Oversee consulting engagements to ensure profitability, pacing, and high-quality, results-driven outcomes.
Lead the development and communication of strategic roadmaps to align with client objectives and support long-term partnerships.
Lead a diverse consulting team of full-time employees and 1099 contractors, ensuring accountability, productivity, and quality across all engagements.
Oversee up to 30 direct reports, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to consultants, aligning their skills with client and company objectives.
Design and enforce systems, policies, and processes to support the unique needs of both full-time and contractor team members.
Implement scalable, repeatable processes to enhance service delivery, team efficiency, and client outcomes.
Leverage data to monitor performance metrics, improve workflows, and inform decision-making.
Ensure strategic roadmaps are integrated into all client engagements, aligning with their goals and Skaled’s consulting framework.
Support and collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align strategies with revenue and operational objectives, with potential to lead marketing initiatives in 2025.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including revenue growth, utilization, client satisfaction, and profitability.
Align service delivery with broader company objectives to ensure sustainable growth and consistent client success.

Required
8-10 years of experience in sales and/ or RevOps, including 2-3 years in consulting with a proven track record of managing successful client engagements.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
Strong contract negotiation skills and customer service experience.
Proficiency in Salesforce, including custom object creation, workflow automation, and report development.
Demonstrated ability to drive results by taking ownership, following through on commitments, and consistently exceeding goals.
Experience partnering with visionary leaders to translate high-level strategy into actionable operational plans that drive business results.
Skilled at balancing tactical execution with strategic oversight to align with business objectives.
Adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proactive problem-solver with a focus on maintaining clear communication and client satisfaction.
