Responsibilities
Lead the planning, development, and implementation of Salesforce MCS Waiver enhancements.
Establish and apply standard project management methodologies within Agile (Scrum) teams.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to meet project objectives.
Create and manage project charters, work plans, and other key documentation.
Communicate project progress and deliverables to leadership and oversight entities.
Provide technical support during work hours and on-call, as needed.
Understand and convey complex technical designs and business processes effectively.
Deliver presentations to various audiences, including senior leadership.

Required
7 years of project management experience for large-scale enterprise implementations.
7 years of experience with state or federal project management, preferably in Texas.
7 years of experience with Salesforce.
Preferred
5 years of experience with the State of Texas Project Delivery Framework.
4 years of experience holding a PMP certification.
3 years of Agile (Scrum) experience and ACP/Scrum Master certification.
1 year of experience with state procurement and contracting.
1 year of experience with Jira and PPM tools.
