Responsibilities
Assist clients in selecting and reserving hotels, resorts, and other accommodations tailored to their preferences and needs
Manage hotel bookings with accuracy, ensuring all details are confirmed and up-to-date
Communicate with suppliers to verify availability and secure the best deals for clients
Deliver outstanding client support through phone, email, and chat platforms
Answer questions about accommodations, amenities, and booking processes
Resolve booking issues or changes promptly and professionally to ensure a seamless experience
Create and maintain organized travel itineraries and invoices for clients
Collaborate with clients to understand their travel goals and preferences, ensuring every trip is personalized and memorable

Required
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
Passion for travel and a commitment to creating exceptional client experiences
Must be proficient in English (bilingual is a plus) and at least 18 years old
Preferred
Previous experience in travel coordination, customer service, or hotel booking is a plus but not required
