Responsibilities
Collaborative Leadership: Partner with the Program Manager in the Engineering group to open tasks, set expectations, and prioritize work efficiently.
Requirements Gathering: Engage with multiple product groups across the organization to gather requirements and document user stories using tools such as Jira.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
Quality Assurance: Track project deliverables post-completion to ensure they meet the original requirements and quality standards.
ROI Monitoring: Monitor stakeholder Return on Investment (ROI) to ensure that the anticipated benefits of new features are achieved.
Reporting: Provide regular reporting on the accuracy of ROI projections and the overall success of implemented features.
Effective Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and alignment of objectives.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the organization.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable tasks.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams and departments.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.
Appraisal management industry knowledge and experience.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience working as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with tools such as Jira for task management.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Experience with order management systems such as Appraisal Scope and Acuity.
