Responsibilities
While many of our customers self-serve online, there will always be those that like to chat, call, or email. As a Client Manager, your primary responsibility will be to attend to these chats, calls, and emails. We do not cold call or solicit. Ours is a world of inbound requests from customers.
We do not upsell; we do not stretch a customer’s wallet. Your responsibility is to the customer and to help them find the lowest priced policy that best serves their needs.
When not engaged with customers, you have the potential to write articles that will be shared on our website. Or you may help update our internal database. There are several opportunities for you to continue helping our clients indirectly.
Maintain and coordinate with Aardy to ensure your insurance license is valid at all times. Ensure name changes, address changes, or any other changes that affect your license are done so in a timely manner.
Successfully complete mandatory client manager training within your first 30 to 45 days of employment.
