Responsibilities
Utilize strong research skills to perform independent data analysis
Driving improvements based on incident data trends
Curiosity to seek information related to incidents, process and control gaps and explore related resolution and improvement possibilities
Support Incident Managers in the resolution of operational incidents
Demonstrated process mapping and documentation skills
Demonstrated continuous process improvement success
Perform cost savings analysis and business case creation
Prepare, modify and improve reporting via MS Excel, Sharepoint and Power BI for operational incidents and controls
Eager for continuous learning opportunities and developing new skillsets
Effectively interact, collaborate and build relationships with all levels of the organization and across multiple departments is essential

Required
A Bachelor's degree in a Business Administration related area, or 3-5 years of related experience.
Utilize strong research skills to perform independent data analysis
Driving improvements based on incident data trends
Curiosity to seek information related to incidents, process and control gaps and explore related resolution and improvement possibilities
Support Incident Managers in the resolution of operational incidents
Demonstrated process mapping and documentation skills
Demonstrated continuous process improvement success
Perform cost savings analysis and business case creation
Prepare, modify and improve reporting via MS Excel, Sharepoint and Power BI for operational incidents and controls
Eager for continuous learning opportunities and developing new skillsets
Effectively interact, collaborate and build relationships with all levels of the organization and across multiple departments is essential
Experience within competitive retail electricity and natural gas markets
Comprehensive analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Proven ability to learn new concepts quickly
Proactive mindset along with demonstrated initiative and a 'can do' work approach
Strong bias for continual process improvement
Proficient in MS Office software
Preferred
SAP and Revenue Manager knowledge
Lean Six Sigma Certification
