Responsibilities
Success measured through following KPI growth MoM (targets set quarterly)
Net New Client Activations (NNCA) - North Star Metric
Net new provider sign-ups who fit in our ICP
Activate ICP Inactives [who have not sold a sensor in prior mo] to at least 1 NNCA
Of active providers (sold in prior month) who fit ICP, increase average NNCA to 10 NNCA
Manage Ad Funnels
Report funnel metrics and recommend adjustments
Implement complete data tracking solution
Manage CRM flows
ICP Leads
VIP leads (put all followups and notes into accounts)
Business Partnership (put all followups and notes into accounts & push projects forward)
Manage & Post on social media
Schedule social posts and then natively post every day
Manage marketing calendar
Make sure to have copy look good and clean on all socials
Give suggestions for copy and eventually take over the copy for all clips to help CEO
Manage & Improve Podcast/Content
Review all podcast episodes pushed and review all short and long form clips (typically 20-30 pieces of content/episode)
Map out and plan when episodes go live and coordinate social media to enhance visibility
Find ways to re-utilize content in order to help company grow
Find ways to utilize content to help CEOs social presence grows
Manage Company Newsletter
Write and schedule weekly emails
Work with team to understand what key insights need to get pushed (new dev pushes, new partnerships, provider opportunities, events we are going to)
Help run/manage events
Theia attends key industry events with an increase in moving parts
Work with CEO to ensure event goes smooth and sales pipelines are working
Setup and ensure CRM flows are live
Make sure all merch is at the event
Book venues and hotel rooms
Assist with making sure the team has great hydration and nutrition covered
Attend events yourself to represent the company
Includes any virtual events
Track, Analyze & Report Marketing Metrics
Manage sales and marketing dashboards
Report on weekly/month/quarterly growth KPIs
Deliver marketing initiatives/reports in writing and verbally to the team

Required
Experience working in an early-stage startup (or started one)
Extremely strong generalist who adapts quickly and identify arbitrage in the market
Has lived and breathed growth (getting it no matter what)
Funnel analytics (manage and refine marketing pipelines)
Technically proficient (manage and operate all marketing software - CRM, landing page builders, data analytics tools etc - extra bonus if you have Activecampaign experience)
Data processing (building marketing dashboards to show department performance)
Strategic planning (understand and analyze growth channels and allocate more attention to them)
Preferred
Previous exit (huge bonus)
Previous small business owner (bonus)
