Responsibilities
Assist with high-volume recruiting of temporary hires for the upcoming tax season.
Screen and assess candidates using a defined template and summarize notes to present qualified candidates to hiring managers for consideration.
Provide a consistent positive candidate experience through effective and timely communication throughout the entire recruiting life cycle.
Use project management skills to assist Talent Attraction in managing large scale hiring initiatives.
Partner with Talent Attraction Operations to ensure appropriate communication with candidates occurs and all required documents are completed by established deadlines.
Maintain the highest level of data integrity within the firm’s applicant tracking system and ensure compliance and regulatory guidelines are met.
Develop and cultivate relationships with candidates and Talent Attraction team members.
Demonstrate the desire to continually grow, learn and develop skills and knowledge through training opportunities.

Required
Minimum of 2 years experience managing all aspects of the recruitment life cycle with a passion for recruiting.
A focus on establishing long term relationships and a passion for identifying top talent to fill current and strategic needs.
Demonstrated administrative, critical thinking, organizational, interpersonal, project management, communication skills and solid Microsoft Suite skills (Word) required.
Must exhibit attention to detail, follow-through and exceptional customer service skills.
