Responsibilities
Lead Funnel Management: Own the entire inbound lead process, ensuring leads are quickly screened, qualified, and delivered to clients as sellable opportunities.
Team Oversight: Manage and support a team of lead verifiers, ensuring their workflows are efficient, accurate, and aligned with revenue goals.
CRM Administration: Maintain and optimize Salesforce (or similar CRM), ensuring data integrity, seamless workflows, and actionable reporting.
Client Account Coordination: Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality leads and resolving any operational issues.
Lead Return Analysis: Review and process lead returns, analyze patterns, and implement changes to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Process Optimization: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline operations, improve lead quality, and enhance team productivity.
Performance Reporting: Generate and analyze key metrics (lead volume, conversion rates, revenue impact) to guide internal and client-facing strategies.

Required
3+ years in sales operations, sales enablement, or related roles.
Strong proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), data analysis, and workflow management.
Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate small teams to achieve performance goals.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with experience working directly with clients.
A proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in fast-paced environments.
Preferred
Familiarity with lead funnels, B2B marketing, or appointment-setting processes is a strong plus.
