Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets for assigned accounts.
Collaborate with Inside Account Managers to maintain sales pipeline.
Represent the company at trade shows and meetings.
Update CRM with trip reports, new contacts, and sales activities.
Develop and maintain customer relationships through calls and visits.
Stay informed about company products and educate customers.
Handle customer inquiries and provide product expertise.
Address customer complaints and resolve issues with Account Managers.
Foster a team-oriented, customer-focused environment.
Travel regularly to customers and events.

Required
5-7 years of sales experience in data center, networking, and fiber optics.
Experience as a regional or territory sales manager.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to quickly learn new products and technologies.
Technical knowledge of fiber optic transceivers, high-speed cables, copper, and network connectivity.
Preferred
Familiarity with CRM tools.
Knowledge of Oracle Netsuite or similar accounting systems.
