Responsibilities
Define, implement, and continuously optimize core business processes.
Analyze and map internal workflows and processes.
Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Lead the implementation and improvement of systems such as Netsuite and Salesforce.
Ensure systems scalability, data integrity, and seamless automation of end-to-end business processes.
Manage integration and alignment of internal tools with the IT architecture.
Ensure a seamless and consistent internal and external customer experience.
Collaborate with product, operations, and customer experience teams to optimize and enhance the customer journey.
Continuously refine CX strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Lead cross-functional projects that support digital transformation, scaling operations, and business growth.
Ensure alignment between operations and business objectives, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in program management, business process management, or systems implementation.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems like Netsuite and CRM platforms like Salesforce.
Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering successful implementations and process improvements.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to drive collaboration across teams.
Preferred
Master’s degree in a related field or PMP/Agile certification.
Experience with digital transformation initiatives, including scaling operations.
Experience managing complex IT architectures and cross-functional business systems.
