Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities
Professionally represent ISSA, starting with a comprehensive understanding of our product.
Re-engage leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets.
Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales reps for the next steps.
Identify best practices to refine our lead generation process.
Outbound prospecting - cold calling, email marketing campaigns, social outreach, etc. (200 calls averaged daily).
Book meetings for discovery calls.
Demonstrate a clear understanding of sales processes and product value propositions.
Achieve quota on number of qualified opportunities per month and Revenue goals.
Develop and cultivate sales leads to strengthen outbound activity as it relates to meeting the goals of our supported clients.
Work with other team members to develop a pipeline that reinforces lead generation and revenue goals within a metrics-driven environment.
Educate, influence, and articulate the optimal sales solution to our valued clients as a means of moving the sale forward.
Identify key decision makers, build and maintain relationships, and build trust with stakeholders.
Conduct discovery calls, schedule appointments, and prepare detailed call summaries for sales representatives.
Overcome sales objections tastefully.

Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A growth mindset. A desire to learn and be better every day.
Impeccable work ethic to make 200 high-quality calls per day.
Good phone skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization.
An interest in health, fitness, and wellness.
Preferred
Previous sales or phone experience is a plus.
