Responsibilities
Administer and troubleshoot Azure SQL and on-premises Oracle/SQL Server databases.
Design, implement, and manage two-way synchronization solutions for Azure SQL and other databases.
Perform data migration tasks with minimal downtime, ensuring data consistency.
Develop and optimize T-SQL scripts, stored procedures, and triggers.
Optimize database performance using diagnostic tools and schema tuning.
Conduct regular disaster recovery tests and maintain backup procedures.
Enforce robust database security controls, including role-based access and encryption.
Collaborate with DevOps and development teams on database deployments.
Document synchronization processes, security policies, and recovery plans.
Ensure compliance with regulations such as GDPR and HIPAA.

Required
8+ years of experience as a DBA with strong Azure SQL and Oracle expertise.
Proven experience with two-way data synchronization and disaster recovery planning.
Proficiency in T-SQL and familiarity with tools like SQL Server Agent and Azure Data Sync.
Preferred
Strong knowledge of ETL tools like Azure Data Factory or Logic Apps.
Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate or Solutions Architect Expert.
