Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Leverage a proven outreach program to connect with potential clients through virtual platforms
Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging and persuasive presentations via Zoom, showcasing our products and services
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, track progress, and follow up consistently
Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets
Customer Engagement: Understand client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions
Relationship Building: Establish trust and rapport to become a valued advisor for your clients
Career Growth: Participate in robust training programs and advance your career in a supportive, goal-oriented environment
Skill Coaching: Train and mentor team members on sales techniques, product expertise, and relationship-building skills
Goal Setting: Help team members set and achieve sales goals, tracking progress and providing guidance
Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions on customer service, overcoming objections, and best practices
Feedback & Support: Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to help team members improve and thrive
Collaboration: Partner with the leadership team to identify training needs and implement strategies for team success
Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess mentees’ performance and offer tailored strategies for growth

Required
Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong understanding of sales principles, customer relationship management, and market trends
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Positive, empathetic, and team-oriented mindset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to new technologies
Energy, resilience, and a results-driven attitude to achieve sales goals
Preferred
Prior experience coaching, mentoring, or training sales teams (highly desirable)
