Responsibilities

Provide proposal support assistance to proposal teams (compiling tailored resumes, project descriptions, and other qualification information; etc.)

Maintain Deltek Vision database data and other marketing software tools

Distribute and track internal decisions for bid solicitations daily

Assist with opportunity and market research projects

Support business development activities (research, manage data, distribute/track action items, etc.)

Required

A Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Communications, Business, Marketing, or related discipline (degrees in other specialties are acceptable if relevance can be demonstrated)

A minimum of 1 year of marketing exposure

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to complete duties and multi-task in a busy environment

Exceptional communication, listening, and organizational skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
