Responsibilities
Must be located in the US and be able to work EST hours 8:30am - 5:30pm.
Take clinical/business messaging and convert into conversational, jargon-free communication for a variety of formats.
Copywriting and editing for diverse audiences (both B2B and B2C, internal and external) across media, adhering to brand standards and style guidelines, creative briefs and campaigns.
Reference and submit materials for brand and LMR review, with strict adherence to client copy review, brand guidelines and feedback.
Collaborate with other writers, designers and account managers to generate and refine conceptual ideas and campaign messages
Adapt approved materials (like campaign concepts and websites) into related touchpoints that extend the campaign (such as emails, social media posts, customer presentations, sales tools, and other tactics)
Handle copy revisions on multiple pieces at different stages of approval in parallel
Manage recurring jobs (like monthly webinars, social media campaigns) with minimal supervision
Communicate with internal team to discuss objectives and parameters before the start of every project, and to collaborate on creatives throughout the process from ideation to delivery
Interface with clients to present work, rationalize choices, and make real-time ideas in meetings

Comfortable with interpreting and organizing clinical data and business jargon.
Very organized and efficient in managing multiple projects, maintaining version control and handling the pressure of meeting strict deadlines.
Communicate persuasively and listen actively in virtual meetings, presentations and emails.
Can research topics and leverage analytics to tweak content for improved performance.
A minimum of 2-3 years of ad agency AND healthcare/MedTech/pharma agency experience.
Prior professional experience in writing, editing, and proofreading for North American markets.
Research and citing studies in the American Medical Association (AMA) Manual of Style.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint), with digital media skills (Marketo, Figma) a plus.
