Responsibilities
Consult with stakeholders to identify necessary programs and modifications to enhance employee and patient experiences
Support the execution and evaluation of employee and patient experience programs globally
Analyze data from surveys and focus groups to identify improvement opportunities for experience programs
Develop and present program evaluation studies and related materials to stakeholders
Collaborate with HR and business functions to ensure effective program implementation and change management

Required
Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or Organizational Behavior; PhD preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in program design or organizational consulting, focusing on employee or patient experience
Strong presentation skills and experience presenting to diverse audiences
Proven ability to implement successful experience-related programs and manage change effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in creating visually appealing presentations and reports
Preferred
Experience supporting employee and patient surveys and analytics
Background in organizational effectiveness and experience managing project components
