Responsibilities

Lead and manage teams responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of our software products
Build and maintain the teams, ensuring they have the right skills and tools to be successful
Manage the expectations of internal stakeholders and collaborate to find solutions
Work closely with the product management team to ensure software development projects are aligned with business objectives and timelines
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure successful project execution
Work closely with both the Quality Engineering and Product teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products that meet customer needs
Mentor and coach manager and others, promoting their professional growth and development
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software development and cybersecurity

Required

10+ years of experience in software development with at least 4 years of successfully leading and managing multiple software teams
Strong knowledge of software development practices, methodologies, and tools
Experienced software leader with a strong background in software development and architecture
A proven track record of leading and managing software engineering teams to deliver high-quality software products
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in software development
Constantly seeking to learn and stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
Excellent technical skills with the ability to understand and solve complex technical problems
Passionate about delivering high-quality software products that meet customer needs
Comfortable with agile software development methodologies and able to adapt to changing business needs
Ability to mentor and coach team members, promoting their professional growth and development
Results-driven with a focus on meeting project objectives and timelines

Preferred

Experience developing and deploying cutting-edge solutions for both cloud and on-premises environments
Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
Familiarity with Cybersecurity or Networking
