Responsibilities

Manage and lead a high school Student Impact teams simultaneously for the duration of three summer months

Conduct organized weekly remote meetings for each of your teams

Attend bi-weekly Roundtables with ámaxa's core team

Delegate tasks to team members, hold members accountable to deadlines and keep teams organized in order to ensure efficiency

Work in coordination with our COO and Operations Manager to ensures teams' success

Coordinate communications between your team and the partner nonprofit
