Responsibilities
Operational Leadership: Director Finance is responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to all operational departments within the organization, including production, sales, marketing, finance, human resources, and logistics. They oversee the execution of operational plans and ensure that goals and objectives are achieved.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Director Finance fosters collaboration and alignment across different departments and functions within the organization. Risk Management: Director Finance identifies and manages operational risks and develops strategies to mitigate potential threats to the company's operations. They establish robust internal controls, compliance processes, and contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
Team Management: Director Finance is responsible for building and leading a high-performing operational team. They recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate team members, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
