Responsibilities
Serving as the initial contact for client inquiries received through various channels like phone, email, and chat.
Providing outstanding customer service, ensuring prompt and precise responses to client needs.
Guiding clients through our investment options, products, and services.
Assisting with client account management, which involves monitoring investments, maintaining accurate records, and resolving any emerging issues.
Working closely with internal teams to enhance client services and optimize communication workflows.
Actively contributing to team goals and participating in any assigned projects or initiatives.
