Responsibilities
Actively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to introduce and sell our products and services.
Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions that showcase the value of our offerings.
Deliver exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive sales experience.
Maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate features and benefits to potential customers.
Assisting customers in setting up their accounts.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and follow-up with leads.
Accurately document customer interactions and sales activity in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the team to refine strategies and improve outreach techniques.
Explain how our product and services directly resolve the customers issues and enhances their experience.
Explain how our product’s features that deliver tangible benefits to the customers.
Explain what makes your product or service different from competitors.
Mention any special deals, unique features, or benefits they won’t find elsewhere.
Suggest complementary products or services that enhance the customers purchase.
Highlight guarantees, warranties, or your exceptional customer support.
