Required
Strong track record shipping AI systems into production (LLMs, RAG, evaluation/observability pipelines)
Experience with conversational AI systems (ASR/NLU/TTS/Dialog)
Full-stack expertise (TypeScript, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, Azure)
Proven ability to architect and maintain production systems at scale
A highly productive, hands-on builder who thrives in 0→1 environments
Bias towards action - you ship fast and iterate based on real feedback
Deeply motivated to improve the lives of older adults and caregivers
Embody extreme ownership while maintaining humility and growth mindset to learn and adapt
