Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field or equivalent industry experience totaling 4 years (or more)
Sales Management, Territory Management, and Customer Relationship Management skills
Experience in the PPE industry
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Self-motivated and results-driven
Experience selling to distributors within the STAFDA channel and end-user / consumers of safety product offering
Must understand and be functional in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
