Responsibilities
Brand Vision: Create a vision deck that is our source of truth and inspiration for Hala’s brand. Keep the deck updated quarterly and use it to set goals for the team.
Content Strategy: Create a content strategy deck outlining how content is being created and disseminated cohesively across Hala’s podcast, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Content Ideation: Lead concept ideation for Hala’s content across all channels and work closely with Hala based on her current workload and needs. Review Hala’s calendar, podcast episodes, meetings, etc., to come up with content ideas for various platforms.
People and Process Management: Work closely with team leaders and direct reports to ensure efficient processes and workflows for all things related to Hala’s brand.
Content Review: Review final work for Hala’s platforms, including social posts, short-form videos, thumbnails, podcasts, etc. Provide final approvals or send back for revisions with notes.
Meeting Cadence: Run Hala’s cross-team sync, attend meetings relative to Hala’s content (such as her weekly podcast research meeting), create or eliminate meetings where necessary to improve efficiency and creative output.
Public Relations: Manage Hala's public profiles, such as Google Knowledge Panel and Wikipedia, and handle PR and article requests. Serve as the central source of accurate information about Hala’s brand.
Presentations and Events: Assist Hala with presentations by conducting research, finding facts and stats, creating slide decks, summarizing podcast content, etc. Ensure all decks for speaking engagements and presentations align with Hala’s brand, voice, and expertise. Potentially attend events and speaking engagements with Hala and YAP’s leadership team.
Weekly Reporting: Provide weekly reports on content performance broken down by platform and deliver them to Hala with your insights.
New Platforms: Take on new platforms as you and Hala see fit.

Required
3+ years of experience as a Creative Director
Proficient with social media platforms and best practices (YouTube, Instagram, Podcast, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, TikTok, etc)
Media head. You’re the type of person who listens to podcasts while you drive, cook, and clean. On social media, you follow business influencers like Alex and Leila Hormozi, Russell Brunson, Jenna Kutcher, Steven Bartlett, Codie Sanchez, GaryVee, etc.
Able to 'speak the language' of the various creatives on the team (understands video editing, filming, design, audio editing, and copywriting)
Creativity. Brings new and innovative content ideas to the team
