Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate meetings between investors and our clients

Manage comprehensive investor outreach campaigns

Maintain regular communication with institutional investors

Track and optimize investor engagement metrics

Create and distribute investor updates and communications

Coordinate roadshows and investor presentations

Manage follow-ups and relationship development

Build and maintain detailed investor database

Track investor preferences, interests, and engagement history

Monitor meeting outcomes and investor feedback

Prepare weekly and monthly investor activity reports

Manage CRM system and ensure data accuracy
