Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with domestic and offshore manufacturers
Source and evaluate new vendors to optimize costs and quality
Negotiate contracts and implement service-level agreements
Create and track KPIs for supplier performance
Establish efficient procurement processes and systems
Drive cost savings initiatives across the supply chain
Manage quality control processes with manufacturing partners
Travel to vendor facilities for audits and relationship-building

Required
10+ years in supply chain management/procurement
Proven experience in the Print, Packaging, POS Displays, or Promotional Products industry
Track record of successful cost-reduction initiatives
Experience managing both domestic and offshore supplier relationships
Strong background in contract negotiation and vendor management
Knowledge of quality control processes and compliance standards
Experience implementing supply chain management systems
Demonstrated success in developing and tracking KPIs
Expert negotiation and relationship-building abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent project management capabilities
Advanced proficiency in Excel and procurement systems
Outstanding communication skills in English
Ability to work independently and drive initiatives
Based in Canada or USA
Ability to travel domestically and internationally (25-30%)
Flexible schedule to accommodate different time zones
