Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles in the US, with a focus on sales.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft job descriptions, and create tailored hiring strategies.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Leverage data to track recruitment metrics and drive process improvements.

Required
5+ years of experience in recruiting for GTM roles, in the cybersecurity industry.
Proven expertise in hiring for US-based roles and understanding of the market.
Experience in recruiting for cloud security roles or familiarity with the cloud security domain.
Experience working in a fast-paced startup or scaling environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with candidates and stakeholders.
Resourceful and self-motivated, with a track record of finding creative solutions to hiring challenges.
