Responsibilities
Lead financial strategy during rapid geographic expansion
Manage financial aspects of public-private partnerships
Oversee multi-jurisdictional revenue recognition
Coordinate with third-party accounting firm
Prepare and distribute monthly financial statements via Carta
Ensure GAAP compliance and accurate reporting
Manage cash flow across multiple revenue streams
Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes
Coordinate with sales team on contract processing
Ensure accurate invoicing across multiple verticals
Manage complex revenue recognition scenarios
Oversee CRM financial data accuracy
Manage multi-state licensing requirements
Oversee gaming jurisdiction compliance
Handle Native American tribal licensing requirements
Maintain PILB and other critical certifications
Maintain Carta documentation
Coordinate 409A valuations
Manage stock ledgers and option tracking
Interface with legal counsel on corporate matters
Oversee insurance portfolio
Manage multi-state tax compliance
Ensure proper revenue allocation across jurisdictions
Maintain internal controls

Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
5-8 years progressive experience
CPA preferred
Experience with multi-state operations
Strong understanding of revenue recognition
Experience with government contracting a plus
Strategic thinking with attention to detail
Strong communication abilities
Experience with rapid-growth environments
Understanding of technology companies
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Professional judgment and discretion
