Responsibilities

Take a hands-on approach to grow ecommerce revenue through marketing efforts including paid advertising, email marketing, UX improvements, and other ecommerce marketing strategies and tactics.

Optimize user experiences and implement conversion optimization strategies to maximize conversion rates and increase online sales.

Develop & utilize data analytics tools to analyze ecommerce performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.

Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in ecommerce marketing, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and drive business growth.

Collaborate with external partners, including ecommerce platforms, agencies, and vendors, to optimize ecommerce performance and enhance online brand presence.

Required

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in ecommerce marketing, with a focus on both DTC and B2B environments.

Proven track record of success in driving ecommerce sales and revenue growth, with expertise in conversion rate optimization and user experience design.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Familiarity with ecommerce marketing tools and platforms, such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive ecommerce marketing strategies, including digital advertising, email marketing, and social media marketing.

Proven track record of success.
