Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze complex business needs for Salesforce CPQ implementations.

Lead the design and configuration of Salesforce CPQ solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and objectives.

Utilize Salesforce tools such as Flows, Price Rules, Product Rules, and QCP to streamline and automate complex business processes.

Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices for performance, scalability, and security.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the implementation process and providing ongoing post-deployment support.

Provide training to clients and internal teams to ensure high adoption rates and effective use of Salesforce CPQ features.

Maintain clear and comprehensive technical and business documentation for all implemented solutions.

Continuously learn and apply the latest Salesforce CPQ features and industry trends, including related tools like DocuSign and Conga.
