Responsibilities

Takes lead in working with client networking team to assess the WAN (wide area network) requirements for enabling the client network to communicate with Millennium in the KC data center + RevElate in the Malvern data centers.

Install various software and output management components at the Customer location(s)

Assist and participate in the testing of the solution components

Manage the implementation of the Customer’s network, including selecting and deploying user devices, and integrating technology into workflow

Administer and support the Oracle Health Applications including installation, configuration, customization, and maintenance.

Monitor system performance, suggest improvements, and participate in the development and implementation of enhancement projects.

Serve as the primary point of contact for Oracle Health related ticketing issues, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure system availability.

Required

BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.

Identifies solutions in Technical Infrastructure support and server administration in a mid-sized environment; supporting and troubleshooting distributed applications, software, and operating systems; and administering and troubleshooting issues with messaging middleware and message brokers.

Knowledge of enterprise platforms.

Desire to keep up with modern technology and make recommendations.

Knowledge of network architecture and protocols.

Experience with enterprise administrative scripting using a major scripting language.

Experience with software deployment.

Travel may be required in accordance with business needs.

Related technical experience may be substituted for degree requirements, including Infrastructure support and server administration; supporting and troubleshooting distributed applications, software, and operating systems.

Advanced knowledge of network architecture and protocols.

Strong experience with enterprise administrative scripting using a major scripting language.

5+ years or more of related technical experience may be substituted for degree requirements, including Infrastructure support and server administration; supporting and troubleshooting distributed applications, software, and operating systems.

Preferred

Preferred experience includes Soarian Financials (RevElate).

Will also consider Millennium Revenue Cycle knowledge.
