Responsibilities

Develop new and existing client relationships.
Seek out and target new customers, new sales opportunities and initiate action plan to approach and secure new business for the company.
Identify prospective end-users and decision-makers.
Maintains all activities related to sales and business development.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
Exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree; Candidate can supplement degree requirement with years of functional and verifiable work experience.
Experience in the Information Technology, Talent Acquisition or Security Services industry. At least 1 year of experience selling services and or solutions.
Sales/business development experience, with a record of meeting or exceeding quota.
Strong prospecting and business development skills.
Strong communication, presentation, listening skills.
Successful track record of sales and relationship management.
Proven ability to develop long-term relationships.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple sales activities.
Excellent follow-up skills.
Exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Exceptional planning, organization and time management skills; self-starter.
High level of professionalism and integrity; good judgment.
Good negotiating skills.
Superior work ethic and high energy level.
Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
Computer skills (including Word, Excel, and customer relationship management).

Preferred

Through knowledge of managed network services, IT hardware and software, commercial real estate customer base, cyber security, structured cabling, audio/visual solutions, and seasonal commercial outdoor services.
Existing strong network of relationships and/or an existing customer base or portfolio of actionable customers/opportunities.
