Responsibilities
As an SME you will play a crucial role in shaping the course, ensuring it meets high-quality standards, and effectively delivers valuable knowledge and skills to students on computer science technologies, over an 8-week duration.
Identifying Learning Outcomes: Define the course learning outcomes, ensuring that they align with the industry standards and the overall program objectives.
Designing Course Structure: Develop a detailed course structure that includes topics to be covered each week, readings, assignments, virtual lab practices, and assessments.
Recommending Assessment Formats: Recommend different types of assessments (e.g., quizzes, projects, exams, virtual lab assignments) that will effectively measure the students’ achievement of the learning outcomes.
Providing Reference Materials: Provide a list of reference materials (e.g., textbooks, articles, and websites) that the Instructional Designers can use to create the course content.
Weekly Student Assignments: Develop and review detailed weekly assignments that align with the learning outcomes and the course content.

Required
Masters in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Ethics, or a closely related field.
MBA or substantial coursework in business administration, with a focus on ethics and leadership.
Experience in the ethical considerations and societal implications of AI.
Demonstrated experience in applying ethical frameworks and addressing bias in AI algorithms in business contexts.
Experience in leading interdisciplinary projects that integrate technical, ethical, and business perspectives.
Strong theoretical understanding of AI ethics, bias in AI algorithms, and ethical frameworks.
Proficiency in addressing ethical issues in AI development and deployment.
Solid understanding of the societal and business implications of AI.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to develop strategies for responsible AI development.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
Ability to design and implement case studies, discussions, and practical exercises to explore ethical dimensions of AI.
Experience in creating engaging and interactive learning experiences, including case studies and real-world applications for both IT and MBA tracks.
Familiarity with business strategy, ethics, and leadership.
Ph.D. or Ed.D. in Statistics, Data Science, Educational Research, Quantitative Psychology, or a closely related field.
Expertise in statistical analysis, data visualization, and advanced research design.
Proficiency with statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, SAS) and data analysis tools.
Experience in teaching data analysis and guiding students through the dissertation proposal process.
Publications or significant research in data analysis and its application in educational research.
