Responsibilities
Craft and implement an advanced, data-driven content strategy for TikTok and Instagram, aimed at maximizing brand visibility, engagement, and share of voice.
Develop a content calendar that aligns with seasonal marketing goals and product launches, ensuring a consistent and compelling narrative across all posts and campaigns.
Develop a comprehensive weekly content calendar specifically for founder-related content that aligns with broader educational goals and promotional activities.
Strategize and plan regular live streaming sessions with the founder, including real-time product demonstrations, Q&A sessions, and discussions on skincare trends.
Coordinate the logistics of live streaming to ensure a high-quality, engaging, and interactive viewer experience.
Gather and analyze viewer feedback and engagement metrics post-release to refine future content strategies.
Act as the primary liaison for coordinating UGC needs, ensuring content aligns with brand goals and enhances market presence.
Foster strong partnerships with agency partners to facilitate content creation and campaign execution that resonates with our audience.
Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and user engagement metrics.
Prepare detailed reports on content effectiveness and ROI, using this data to inform strategic decisions.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in social media, particularly on TikTok and Instagram.
Adapt and innovate our content strategies to leverage new social media features and consumer behavior shifts.
Work closely with the creative team to ensure that all content is visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for platform-specific audiences and features.
Coordinate with creative and graphic designers to produce high-quality visuals and video content that enhances the narrative and engagement of each campaign.
Work closely with marketing, product development, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to social media campaigns.
Facilitate brainstorming sessions and workshops to foster creativity and alignment across departments.
