Responsibilities

Develop and execute the overall business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, alliances, and distribution channels.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and strategic partners.
Lead negotiations and close deals with key clients and partners, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for Interface.ai.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and engineering, to develop and launch new products and solutions.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, industry influencers, and decision-makers.
Represent Interface.ai at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to promote our brand and generate new business leads.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, and provide strategic insights and recommendations to the executive team.
Develop and manage the business development team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to achieve team objectives.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in business development or strategic partnerships, preferably within the technology or AI industry.
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and expanding market share through strategic partnerships and new business development.
Proven track record of negotiating and closing complex deals with enterprise-level clients and partners.
Strong understanding of SaaS business models, AI technologies, and emerging trends in the industry.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market dynamics, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve ambitious targets.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative.
