Responsibilities
Lead the management and optimization of our MarTech tools, focusing on continuous improvement and integration across platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across business units to ensure our technology aligns with business goals and strategic outcomes.
Develop and implement technology roadmaps, oversee system performance, and ensure processes and solutions align with overall business strategy.
Work closely with the Marketing Operations Data Manager and other team members to ensure high-quality data flows between systems and align data health with business objectives.
Identify opportunities for system automation and process efficiencies, leveraging insights to improve business outcomes.

Required
Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technology initiatives and results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience in project management.
Experience in managing marketing technology.
Experience in data analysis and management.
Experience managing technology solutions with business goals working with developing the Mar Tech stack.
Preferred
Experience in marketing technology or operations within a B2B environment.
Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and other related MarTech tools.
Data analysis skills.
