Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or chat
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Install and configure computer systems and applications
Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
2+ years of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Good communication and interpersonal skills
