Responsibilities

Design and Develop Chatbot: Lead the development of a fully integrated, AI-powered chatbot from the ground up, with a focus on enabling users to interact with and manage private cloud infrastructures via natural language commands.

API Integration: Architect and implement API-driven solutions that enable seamless communication between the chatbot and the underlying cloud infrastructure, allowing users to query and control cloud resources using simple conversational language.

Natural Language Processing: Develop and fine-tune NLP models to ensure the chatbot accurately interprets and responds to complex user queries related to cloud management, infrastructure monitoring, cost optimization, and more.

Automation & Simplification: Focus on eliminating manual cloud management tasks and simplifying infrastructure workflows by embedding AI capabilities directly into the user experience.

Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, cloud engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the chatbot aligns with the broader objectives of simplifying cloud management and driving cost efficiency.

Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and NLP technologies, continuously enhancing the chatbot’s capabilities to meet evolving user needs and improve the platform's overall performance.

Required

Proven Experience in designing and implementing Generative AI models, particularly for chatbots, with a focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and machine learning.

Deep knowledge of API development and integrations, with a focus on building scalable, secure systems for seamless user interaction and cloud infrastructure management.

Strong expertise in AI frameworks such as GPT, BERT, Transformer models, and other generative architectures.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.

Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) and managing cloud infrastructure through APIs.

Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure management and DevOps practices, including cost optimization, resource allocation, and automation.

Ability to architect and design scalable AI solutions that perform well under load and deliver accurate, reliable results in real-time.

Experience working with large-scale datasets and the ability to train and fine-tune complex AI models.

Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Preferred

Experience with cloud-native technologies, Kubernetes, Docker, or Terraform for infrastructure automation.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools to enhance deployment and monitoring of AI-driven solutions.

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with the ability to innovate and develop solutions that push the boundaries of what’s possible in cloud management.
