Responsibilities
Focuses on achieving measurable enhancements in sales performance.
Visit markets to assess coaching opportunities for individual reps, and develop and implement those plans to maximize sales.
Collaborates with the Sales Operations team to understand who is falling behind in specific KPIs and why. Additionally, able to coach up sales employees who are hitting the day-to-day KPI’s but not able to hit their overall sales metrics.
Embodies mastery in both sales expertise and essential soft skills, including communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability, and problem-solving.
A refined ability to present with confidence, clarity, and persuasive impact, the Sales Coach tailors every interaction to drive exceptional performance.
Combining deep knowledge of sales strategies, metrics, and customer-centric approaches, the Sales Coach ensures measurable results and elevates the overall effectiveness of the sales team.
Ability to inspire and elevate the confidence and capabilities of sales professionals.
Capable of tailoring coaching methods to diverse industries and audiences.
Maintains an optimistic outlook essential for successful coaching.
Act as coaching subject matter expert and consultant, including providing direction and coordination of training activities.
Identify, develop and conduct supplemental training as needed.
Analyze and identify coaching opportunities to enhance performance of sales representatives in the field.
An expert in coaching how to sell in a variety of situations, how to convey the ‘art’ of selling.
Proficient communicator with strong verbal and written skills; ability to effectively persuade and engage.
Skilled in working with individuals of varying skill levels.
Regularly communicate with Director of Sales and Sales Managers to discuss skill sets of each sales rep; primarily responsible for assessing behavior and skills of each sales rep.
Committed to ongoing personal and professional development by cultivating deep connections with individuals to understand and address their unique challenges.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company, products, and industry trends from continued training, education, and self-learning through partnerships across departments to align coaching with organizational objectives, ensuring cohesive growth.
Share best practices and successful strategies with the sales team to promote collective growth.
Responsible for developing documentation for individual coaching objectives.
Regularly communicate with the Sales Training team to keep them abreast of new learnings and recommendations for upcoming functional trainings.
Create and manage tracking system to ensure transfer of learning goals and behaviors.
Dedicated to going the extra mile to support sales teams in achieving their goals.
Prioritizes understanding customer needs and perspectives to deliver exceptional value.

Required
At least 5-7 years of experience in a sales coach or sales trainer role, including hands-on experience within sales, sales management, or a similar role.
Experience facilitating participatory learning among the sales team and providing feedback and guidance on sales techniques, processes, and strategies.
Proven track record in sales coaching, specialized in tailoring coaching techniques to meet the unique needs of individuals and teams to align coaching initiatives with broader business objectives to drive success.
Deep knowledge of sales strategies, metrics, and customer-centric approaches, with the proven ability to analyze and enhance sales performance through hands-on presentations, role-playing activities, riding along with individuals, and any additional coaching methods to ensure success.
Commitment to continuous personal and professional development, with a focus on elevating the overall performance of the sales team.
Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and methodologies, including bundled solution selling and strong technical knowledge in digital products (SaaS, digital marketing ad sales, performance marketing, etc.).
Mastery in essential soft skills, including communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability, and problem-solving, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
Ability to travel, as needed, to engage in field sales and coaching sessions within an assigned territory, up to 60%
