Responsibilities
Spend a majority of the time (90%) recruiting new agents in the assigned corridor.
Achieve and exceed new Agent activation targets every month.
Achieve and exceed new Agent transactions monthly targets.
Manage the entire sales process; identify prospects, cold call, face to face meetings and conduct presentations.
Demonstrate solid financial and business acumen to demonstrate the value of the service proposition to the prospective new (Corridor/Country) Agents
Manage the new Agent selling cycle; submit applications accurately and timely and provide all necessary information for the successful activation of new Agents.
Responsible for new Agent equipment installation, systems training, and branding the new Agent location with point-of-sale material that complies with company policies and procedures.
Responsible for ramping up new Agent transactions for the first 90 days.
Provide solutions and develop strong relationships with new Agents.
Execute marketing plans by participating in company and community events.
Submit weekly activity reports with expansion efforts and competitor analysis.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required
Associates, bachelor’s degree or at least two years of successful outside sales experience
At least one year of experience new business sales, business development and direct sales
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to meet the business needs of our customers.
Must possess a successful track record of business-to-business sales and opening new accounts.
Possess experience dealing with marketing strategies and tactics, presentations, sales techniques and sales control systems.
The key characteristics this individual must possess are strong interpersonal, persuasive, negotiation and organization skills.
Ability to prospect, present, promote and sell products and services.
Able to work on weekends as needed for business purposes.
Preferred
Preference will be given to someone residing in the assigned territory.
Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the Money Service Business industry, who have worked within the assigned communities and field sales experience.
French language will be a plus
