Responsibilities
Conduct multiple daily appointments with interested realtors via Zoom and/or cell phone.
Serve as the primary point of contact for realtors.
Ensure exceptional customer service throughout every transaction.
Participate in company-sponsored educational events and host Business Development happy hours locally.
Monitor referral files daily to ensure timely progress.
Maintain the corporate-sponsored Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Engage in research and collaboration with internal and external partners.

Required
Proficiency in customer relationship management systems (CRMs).
Essential negotiation and persuasion skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

Self-starter adaptable to a dynamic environment.
Highly organized with quick problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred
Knowledge of BNTouch CRM is a plus.
