Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison between our business and IT partners, ensuring business requirements are well-documented and technical solutions are aligned with business strategies.
Conduct requirement-elicitation meetings, partner with cross-functional teams to create process models and manage business requirements.
Understand both business and technical dependencies, planning and scoping initiatives, and supporting business implementation processes.
Handle complex, high-profile projects and adapt to changing priorities while managing multiple tasks.

Required
3-5 years of experience managing requirements for large, complex, cross-functional projects.
Experience in software development methodology, particularly Agile Framework.
Proven ability to write business requirements, including user stories and use case development.
Competence in Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Ability to align and unify stakeholders to a shared vision, including senior leaders.
Preferred
Prior working knowledge of JIRA or related Scrum tools.
Securities Industry/Operational background with a focus on cash management solutions.
Experience in backend systems/middleware and financial services/payment products.
Ability to analyze and communicate technology recommendations to business stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
