Responsibilities

Be responsible for ensuring new product features are launched smoothly and will help to maintain that product processes are well managed and meet high standards.

Work every day to help the product management team create products users love

Be operationally focused on B2B SaaS products by optimizing where product intersects with engineering, design, and customer success to facilitate new product development from idea to execution to release

Support activities that ensure Capital One Software remains well managed (e.g. Audit)

Orchestrate the release of all features to customers by developing rollout plans to enable Go To Market and successful adoption of features

Manage the process to define and deliver a product strategy and roadmap

Regularly meet with key stakeholders to monitor progress, ensuring commitments and priorities are met

Drive continuous improvement to the engagement models between product, engineering and business stakeholders teams

Required

Bachelor’s degree or military experience

At least 1 year of product management experience or at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering
