Responsibilities
Provide technical support for MES applications, addressing customer queries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving system errors
Work with end-users and internal teams to understand and resolve technical problems related to the MES platform.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or development teams, ensuring timely resolution of critical problems
Provide training and documentation to end-users and internal teams to enhance their understanding of MES functionality
Assist with MES upgrades, patching, and system configuration changes
Maintain detailed logs of support activities, issues encountered, and solutions provided

Required
Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues
Knowledge of SQL language for database management
Knowledge of the main relational and non-relational databases
Preferred
Previous experience in software development (C# knowledge is a plus) or technical support activities
Theoretical knowledge of the main MES platforms (OpCenter, OperaMES or similar systems)
Interest in manufacturing or industrial automation environments
