Responsibilities
Your mission is to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI agents that transform our access management approach, moving from manual, rule-based systems to intelligent, dynamic decision-making.
Architect and implement a robust, scalable AI infrastructure that ensures the seamless deployment and maintenance of AI-driven authorization agents in production. You’ll focus on tools, platforms, and frameworks that enable high performance, security, and scalability, setting Lumos up for efficient growth.
Prioritize time-to-value, focusing on accelerating the launch of AI-powered onboarding and policy management products to simplify access for customers and reduce maintenance burdens on administrators.
Collaborate across teams to align AI initiatives with broader business goals. By working closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders, you’ll ensure AI solutions are effectively integrated into workflows, elevating productivity and enhancing user experience.

Required
Proven track record of building and deploying autonomous AI systems or agents for dynamic decision-making in production.
Proficiency in developing AI infrastructure that can reliably handle large-scale, high-volume data requests.
Strong Python programming and problem-solving skills.
Experience working cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver impactful, customer-centered AI solutions.
Preferred
Skilled at selecting tools and frameworks that enable AI scalability, optimize performance, and lower total cost of ownership.
Excellence in clean, efficient coding, rapid debugging, and the ability to adapt to evolving requirements.
Skilled in mentoring team members and establishing best practices in AI development, including coding standards, testing protocols, and documentation.
